When the officers did not come to the meeting, the minister got angry: Lakhanlal Dewangan issued notice, said – take action against the plants which are not installed

Chhattisgarh Industries Minister Lakhanlal Dewangan held a meeting of officials at the Circuit House in Raipur on Thursday. When Narayanpur General Manager Kamal Singh Meena was seen missing, the minister got angry. He immediately issued a show cause notice and said that every responsible officer will have to come to the departmental meeting.

At the same time, the minister has asked to issue a notice within 3 days to the industries which do not set up plants within the time limit. The minister has also given instructions to take action to take back the land from them. The minister said that the new industrial policy 2024-2029 will soon be implemented in the state.

Industry and trade center managers of all the districts were called in this meeting. In which Commerce and Industry Department Secretary Mohammad Qaiser Abdul Haq, Director Industries P. Arun Prasad, Joint Secretary and Additional Director Industries Alok Trivedi, Praveen Shukla, Santosh Bhagat and officials from the districts were present.

Efforts to increase employment opportunities

While giving instructions to the General Managers from all the districts, Industries Minister Dewangan said that the thinking of the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister is that there should be employment in as many hands as possible. Along with employment, we also have to make them competent. He said that more and more industries should be established in the state, which will increase employment opportunities for the youth.

Youth will get loan

Industries can be helpful in strengthening the economy of the state. Industry Minister Dewangan also reviewed the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Scheme and the Chief Minister’s Youth Self-Employment Scheme. He instructed to sanction loans for self-employment to as many applicants as possible.

The Minister said that in the name of passing the loan, the bankers should not make repeated visits to the beneficiary banks. Industry department officials should take special care of this.

Minister Dewangan gave instructions to provide benefits of all the schemes in new districts also. He said that in new districts also, they should work in coordination with other departments to resolve the applications. Cabinet Minister reviewed PM Vishwakarma Kaushal Samman Scheme.

He said that this scheme is an ambitious plan of the Honorable Prime Minister to provide better training to the beneficiaries of all 18 trades.
