Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai also gets angry. Normally the Chief Minister is never seen angry, but because of some government officials of the state, his temper had risen. He got angry due to power failure. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai himself revealed the secret of his anger.

Actually, the occasion was a dinner-discussion held at the Chief Minister’s residence on the night of 13 May. The media team of Bharatiya Janata Party had reached here. BJP spokespersons participated in this dinner-discussion and amidst all this the Chief Minister shared some of his interesting experiences.

Got angry at state government officials

During the recent election tours, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai got angry at the government officials of the state. He told that during his stay in Bemetara district, he was continuously meeting people and meetings were also going on. Then there was power failure in one area.

Repair work could not be done for a long time. Common people kept getting worried and the complaint even reached the Chief Minister. At first he watched for some time but even after several hours passed, the officers did not do anything.

Seeing this, Chief Minister Vishnudev got angry, he called the officials involved in the electricity system and said that if the problem is not resolved within some time, then all of them will be suspended.

Seeing the displeasure of the Chief Minister, the officers got nervous, gave up their carelessness and immediately got the transformer etc. repaired and the electricity came back. While sharing this incident at the CM House, Chief Minister Sai said smilingly that usually I do not get angry but it is not right if the public gets troubled.

Talk on ending Naxalism and promoting tourism

Speaking on the suggestions of BJP spokespersons during the program, CM Sai said that the BJP government of Chhattisgarh has launched a big campaign against Naxalism, now we just have to free Chhattisgarh from Naxalism in a few years so that there can be complete development in Chhattisgarh.

Sai said that there is immense potential in Chhattisgarh. Tourism in Chhattisgarh will increase a lot if it gets rid of the Naxal problem. Development will happen at a fast pace, we are opening facility centers in every village so that the government schemes can reach there on priority. During this period, BJP leaders also gave suggestions on many issues including agriculture, Naxal, education, skill development.

In the program, State Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Vijay Sharma said that now no one can stop development in Chhattisgarh, we will remove every obstacle that hinders development. Sharma said that the state government is working very seriously on the issues of Naxal problem and public safety.
