Raipur. The work on the more than 92 km long Greenfield Sixlane road from Durg to Arang via Naya Raipur will be completed by 30 June 2026. After the completion of the work, it will take one or two more months to become operational, so people will have to wait for one and a half years more for this sixlane. This information was given by Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari in response to the unstarred question of Durg MP Vijay Baghel in the Lok Sabha.

Gadkari said that it has been decided to provide connecting/approach road interchange facilities at two places on this road, near CSIT Durg in Durg-Balod State Highway-7 and near Funda village in Durg-Patan State Highway-22.
