Raipur. On the letter written by former CM Bhupesh Baghel to Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, BJP state spokesperson Devlal Thakur said, former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel himself has been violating the Constitution many times. He has been making fun of democracy. He has been creating obstacles in many legal processes. In such a situation, at least he has no moral right to speak on the Constitution, democracy, justice system, law and order
Thakur said that where is it written in the Constitution to go to the house of any accused and sit there with a crowd. Where is it written in the Constitution to protect the accused and advocate for them. The entire Congress, including Bhupesh Baghel, talks about the Constitution and democracy, but makes fun of the inBJP spokesperson Thakur further said, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, to whom Bhupesh Baghel has written a letter, has a long experience of public service. After decades of experience of being in the organization, working as a minister, MLA, MP etc., he now has the experience of working as the head of the state. He is known as a simple, gentle and polite leader. His stature is very big. He does not need to learn at least from those who themselves are involved in unconstitutional acts. The law has the freedom to do its work in the state. In Vishnu’s good governance, the law will neither discriminate against anyone, nor will come under anyone’s pressure. It will do what the Constitution has asked it to do. Bhupesh Baghel himself should ensure that he does not make political gains by obstructing legal processes.stitutions empowered by this Constitution.
