Vinod Kumar Shukla was born on 1 January 1937 in Rajnandgaon. Currently, he lives in Raipur. He has been writing for the last 50 years. His first poem “Abhikshya Jaihind” was published in 1971 and since then, his writings have made a special place for themselves in the literary world.
