Raipur. District administrations are adopting new methods to make people aware about voting in the Lok Sabha elections. On the occasion of Navratri, a unique form of voting appeal was seen, where the message of 100 percent voting was given through Jwara in the Samyamata temple of Arang .
On the instructions of Collector and District Election Officer Dr. Gaurav Singh, innovations are being made to give the message of voter awareness under the sweep in the district. On the occasion of Navratri festival in the Samyamata temple of Arang, the priests of the temple have sown sorghum in the temple premises. An appeal is being made to the devotees visiting the temple for 100 percent voting. This innovative work of voter awareness is being appreciated.
