Raigarh . After the reservation of 18 district panchayat seats in the district, both the district panchayat seats of Tamnar block of the district have become unreserved. Subhash Mittal, a strong BJP leader from Saraipali Khoylanchal area, has decided to contest the election from this area.

Subhash Mittal is a popular social worker of Saraipali area. Earlier, his father late Bhagwandas Mittal (Bhana Seth) has also been the chairman of Tamnar.
