Now the question is arising that what will happen to the students studying in unrecognized schools? Pushpa Sahu, Secretary of Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal, said that 9 schools of the state have not been recognized. Out of a total of 184 schools, 175 have been recognized. The applications of 9 schools have been rejected for not following the criteria.

Schools will have to follow these norms
Secondary Education Board Secretary Pushpa Sahu said that as per the recognition rules, there should be land, building, faculty, seating arrangement as per the registered number of students. There should be drinking water arrangement, library, laboratory, playground, toilet and teaching staff. Apart from this, there should be criteria like furniture arrangement, electricity arrangement, financial arrangement, safety of students etc. These 9 schools have not been recognized for not following the criteria.
