Durg. The arrival of new Corona patients has created panic in the Durg district administration. Out of 13 Corona patients found in the district, 4 are from township areas. After being found corona infected in the township, the main hospital of Bhilai Steel Plant, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital and Research Center has issued guidelines. Six new patients have been detected in the antigen test conducted at Durg District Hospital. In this way, a total of 13 patients have been found in Durg-Bhilai, out of which 2 are admitted in the hospital, while 11 patients have been quarantined at home. Meanwhile, an 81 year old man died. An 81-year-old elderly man with disability, resident of Bhilai Camp One, died in Sector 9 Hospital. The antigen test is said to be corona positive. The last rites of the elderly person were performed under the Covid protocol. CMHO Durg JP Meshram said that the health of the elderly person was unwell for a long time. He was admitted to the hospital due to cold and cough. The district administration has become alert in view of the increasing number of existing patients and one death. CMHO said that we conducted 178 tests, out of which 6 positive patients are being treated in home isolation. So far 751 tests have been done. The health department is already on alert mode.
