 Raipur. The High Court has cancelled the dismissal of Dr. Rakesh Gupta, a member nominated by the Chhattisgarh State Pharmacy Council Registrar, terming it wrong. After the High Court’s order, the registrar who had issued the dismissal order also issued an order for reinstatement.Dr. Rakesh Gupta said that I am a nominated member of the Pharmacy Council. I was removed from the council through conspiracy. After hearing all the parties, the High Court has cancelled the dismissal order, terming the action of Registrar Ashwani Gurdekar as wrong. After the order of the High Court, a letter has been received from the Council, after which the termination of membership has been cancelled.

Dr Rakesh Gupta accused registrar Ashwani Gurdekar and said that the registrar has cheated the administration. He has a fake degree, financial irregularities and is unfit for the post. Immediate action should be taken against him.
