Balrampur. While the education department is trying to maintain a better education system in schools, some teachers are forgetting their dignity and flouting the rules of discipline. One such case has come to light from the Government Girls Higher Secondary School in Wadrafnagar, where the principal, lecturer and other teachers danced to obscene Bhojpuri songs during the farewell ceremony of class 12th girl students.
Someone recorded the video of this shameful act and made it viral on social media, which is tarnishing the image of the education department. After the video surfaced, the District Education Officer (DEO) took immediate cognizance and reached the school and started investigation.

Other students of the school told the officials that their class syllabus has not been completed yet, yet a farewell ceremony was organised forcefully. According to the students, Principal Ramnath Nayak and teacher Santosh Kumar Sahu forgot the dignity of teachers and danced on obscene songs in front of the students, due to which the entire atmosphere got spoiled.
District Education Officer gave instructions for action
Considering the seriousness of the matter, the DEO has sought answers from the concerned teachers and has assured appropriate action against them. After this incident, all eyes are on the action of the education department.
