CM Baghel tweeted and said that our leaders Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, including Congress MPs and workers have been detained by the police. The only crime of our leaders is that they said, there has been a lot of inflation.
Let us tell you that the police did not give permission to the Congress for this march. The leaders who participated in the party’s demonstration were wearing black clothes. Congress MPs led by Rahul Gandhi took out a march from Parliament House to Rashtrapati Bhavan. However, the police stopped him midway and took him into custody. The Congress had announced a nationwide protest on Friday against inflation and unemployment. Under this, Congress Working Committee (CWC) members and senior party leaders had a plan to ‘gherao’ the Prime Minister’s residence.
