Raipur. Miscreants have committed another robbery in the capital Raipur. The morale of the miscreants has increased to such an extent that the fear of police and law and order seems to be ending. Two masked criminals ran away after snatching a chain from the neck of a 72-year-old elderly woman who had gone for a morning walk.
This case is of Shankar Nagar of Civil Line police station area. This time the miscreants have committed the robbery of the mother of an officer posted as DSP in the police department.
CSP Manoj Dhruv said, two bike riding miscreants have committed the incident of chain snatching. On receiving information about this, the police team immediately reached and cordoned off the area. Upon investigation of the matter, it was found that a chain worth Rs 40 thousand had been snatched. At present, the police is engaged in investigation on the basis of information received regarding the accused from CCTV footage.
