Surajpur / 07 February 2021. On the instructions of Collector Ranbir Sharma, District Level Public Troubleshooting Camp was organized in the presence of District Panchayat CEO Mr. Akash Chhikara , SDM Mr. Prakash Singh Rajput and other department officials at Baijanpath . Baijanpath is located in a remote area of Surajpur district which is deprived of basic facilities due to its location in the hilly region of Odgi development block. Baijanpath Gram Panchayat is the dependent village of Khohir. The population of Baijan text is about 550 and a total of 146 families reside. Special camps were organized by the district administration to give them the benefit of welfare schemes of the government. Where the complaints and problems were resolved by giving information about the welfare scheme of the government.
The purpose of the camp was to address the problems and grievances of the local residents here . To solve the problems, a stall was set up by various departments, including distribution of ration cards to 36 families by Panchayat and Rural Development Department , pension has been granted to 03 new pension beneficiaries. Disabled certificate awarded to 07 people. In the public problem solving camp, the beneficiaries have been benefited by the Revenue Department by making 35 caste certificates , 17 residence certificates . The problem has been resolved by paying wages to 23 beneficiaries under the MNREGA scheme . Serious and moderate malnourished beneficiaries under Child Care Service from Women and Child Development Department28 children , health check-up normal children and pregnant women 31, number of girls benefited under Noni Suraksha Scheme 05, beneficiary 14 benefited from Matru Vandana Yojana , 129 beneficiaries benefited from THR .
20 packets of maize were distributed to 20 families from the Agriculture Department and under the Atma Yojana, Rs. 51 thousand was paid to 3 farmers’ friends at the rate of 17 thousand rupees. 78 people were tested and 65 children were given vitamin A and iron syrup through the normal OPD from the Health Department . ANC cards are made of 07 people. 42 people have been screened for hemoglobin , malaria , sugar . Mosquito nets have been distributed to 72 people. T 0 B 0 Number of Sputm 12And Veteran NCD Health Cards have been distributed to 12 people. Dry Ration has been distributed to 52 students from the Department of Education . Aadhaar card of 43 people has also been created and the process of making Aadhar card and disposal of pending applications will continue.
Collector Shri Ranbir Sharma said that keeping in mind that the dependent villagers including Baijanpath should get the benefit of the welfare schemes of the government, information is being given about the welfare schemes of the government through our various departments and the residents here are being benefited. is. He said that it is our whole endeavor that the benefits of each of the schemes of the government can reach the residents here, so that by organizing camps here , the needs are being met by taking necessary action on their basic needs , problems and grievances .
