Raipur 03 July 2024: After the instructions of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, action has been intensified against illegal construction by occupying government lands in Raipur district and their illegal purchase and sale. Under the leadership of Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh, the revenue staff has started action on such cases without delay. Today, such a big action has been taken in Sezabhaar of Raipur Municipal Corporation area. The revenue staff has freed about five acres of government land along the main road in Sezabhaar from illegal construction and occupation. Villagers had complained in the Chief Minister’s Jandarshan about illegal occupation of this land by Santosh Dahriya, a resident of Banarasi village of Mana, and illegal construction and illegal purchase and sale of land. The illegal occupant had also built permanent structures like shops etc. on this land. The revenue staff had also received a complaint of illegal sale of land to other people. Due to being on the side of the road, farmers were facing trouble and fights in going to the fields behind the land in this farming season.
