Speaker Dr. Raman Singh’s instructions to ministers, the answers given on the floor of the House and the statements read should not be different

Raipur. In the House, Congress MLA Chaturi Nand raised the issue of non-lifting of paddy from procurement centres in Mahasamund district in the attention motion. When Food Minister Dayaldas Baghel started reading a long reply on this, Speaker Dr. Raman Singh interrupted the minister. The Speaker directed the Food Minister as well as all the ministers to ensure that what they are reading and what is given on the table should not be different.Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh directed the Food Minister that the reply you are reading is very long, whereas the written reply given by you on the table is brief. There is a difference between the reply received on the chair and your reply. What is correct in this? Speaker also asked Congress MLA Chaturi Nand whether the reply you have is the reply received from the minister? On this, MLA Chaturi Nand said that I have received the reply from the assembly.
