Durg. A horrific road accident took place in Amleswar of the district today. An uncontrolled unknown vehicle hit a mother and son riding a bike on Jamgaon M Tara road of Patan area. The youth injured in this accident was admitted to AIIMS hospital in a serious condition, where he died during treatment. The mother is injured. In fact, the roads built in Patan area are now becoming dangerous for two-wheelers. Amlaeshwar police said that today at 8 am, Surendra Thakur (25 years), resident of village Tara, was returning from Jamgaon M to Tara on a bike with his mother Janaki Thakur (45 years). During this time, a speeding vehicle hit the bike from behind. Surendra got seriously injured in this incident, he was taken to AIIMS hospital, where Surendra died during treatment.
Now the mother is the only one left in the family
The deceased Surendra’s mother is also injured. It is being told that Surendra’s father also died in a road accident in Jamgaon M 10 years ago. Surendra lived with his mother. Now after this accident, the mother is the only survivor in this family.
