Chief Minister Mr. Baghel will be involved

The birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India, will be celebrated as Children’s Day on November 14. Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel will inaugurate the Children’s Day celebrations at 11.30 am at Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium located in the Science College campus of the capital Raipur. The program will be presided over by School Education Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam and Parliamentary Secretaries Mr. Dwarkadhish Yadav and Mr. Vikas Upadhyay, Mayor Municipal Corporation Raipur Mr. Ejaz Dhebar, MLA Mr. Satyanarayan Sharma and Mr. Kuldeep Juneja will attend as special guests.
Managing Director Samagra Shiksha Shri Narendra Kumar Dugga informed that the Children’s Day celebrations will be conducted by the school children. Children of Bastar and Surguja region will exhibit their art. The program will honor the children who are leading in various activities. An exhibition related to the activities of the School Education Department will also be organized on this occasion. The exhibition includes Children’s learning through Kindergarten, Presentation by multi-talented children, Education of children with special needs, Demonstration of skillful reading by children, Oral maths, Learning with toys, Education in Angana, Demonstration of material prepared by children under Vocational education, Presentation of children proficient in various skills, presentation of various activities through Maths and Science Club, English under Swami Atmanand Uttrakhand Yojana, About a dozen stalls will be set up on subjects like demonstration of activities being done in school by children of Hindi medium schools, demonstration of girls for physical development, self-defense, education in local language and introduction to constitution. These stalls will also be led by the children.
