Jashpurnagar 27 July 2023: Snake bite public awareness campaign will be run in all the development blocks of the district. For which the snakebite training action plan has been prepared by the health department. According to the action plan, on 27th and 29th July in Farsabahar development block, on 26th July in Duldula and Kunkuri development block, on 31st July and 04th August in Bagicha development block, on 02nd August in Jashpur development block, on 05th and 08th August in Manora development block, on 03rd August in Kansabel Co, Pathalgaon on August 01 and 03 Sarpanch, Supervisor, WCD, Mitanin, MT, BC, Supervisor Health, C.H.O. ANM Training will be given to Baiga-Gunia, village head and social worker.
The Chief Medical and Health Officer has directed all the Block Medical Officers of the Community Health Center to ensure the presence of the employees, public representatives, who have received training in the Snakebite Public Awareness Campaign, on the due date. He said that government employees, public representatives and village heads, social workers will be given detailed information about snakes, ways to avoid snakebite and treatment in case of snakebite, etc. For this, the health officer has asked Mr. Kaiser Hussain, assistant teacher of Tetartoli primary school of Jashpur development block, to appear at the development block level and give training as per the schedule of snakebite training action plan.
