Guest teachers will get bonus numbers in the recruitment of teachers in Chhattisgarh. Recently, the recruitment examination of assistant teachers, teachers and lecturers has been conducted in the state. The state government has decided to give bonus marks to the guest teachers. The recruitment process is going to start in the coming days.
The Directorate of Public Instruction has issued a notice in this regard to all the guest teachers that they will be able to present their certificate by June 20, 2023 to get bonus marks. Certificates submitted after the stipulated date and time will not be considered in any manner and award of bonus marks will not be possible. This year, 12 thousand 489 posts of teachers are being recruited in the state. Maximum 10 marks will be given for every year.
The Directorate of Public Instruction issued a letter in this regard on May 12, 2023, prescribing the procedure for awarding bonus marks. Instructions were also given to all district education officers in this regard. In which instructions have been given to give 2 bonus marks and a maximum of 10 marks for every year to the guest teacher working in the schools of the Education Department on the basis of the certificate issued by the directorate of public education.
Regarding this, DPI has asked all DEOs to take necessary action. It has also been clarified that zero marks will be given for teaching for less than one year in any academic session. 2 marks will be given only for teaching a complete academic session.
