Collector Taran Prakash Sinha has directed all the SDMs to maintain the system in the bank so that the farmers do not face any problem in withdrawing the amount received in the third installment under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana. Collectors are continuously monitoring the system by visiting the bank. After the transfer of funds by the Chief Minister on November 1, a large number of farmers have received the amount. Work is being done for this till late night.
On this Diwali, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel had transferred the third installment amount of Rs 123 crore 90 lakh to the account of 1 lakh 86 thousand 475 farmers of the district under Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana. So far, farmers have transferred an amount of Rs 72 crore 78 lakh from Rajyotsava. Distributed by District Co-operative Central Bank Maryadit Rajnandgaon through 26 branches. The farmers of the district were delighted to get this amount at the time of Diwali. Today most of the farmers used ATM card for withdrawal of amount.
