Rajnandgaon: Collector inspected Rajnandgaon railway station for arranging Covid-19 test

Rajnandgaon 12 April 2021. Collector  Topswar Verma today inspected the Rajnandgaon railway station for arranging a corona check of passengers coming from other states to the district. He said that for the control of corona infection as per the instructions of the government, the corona check should be compulsory for the passengers coming to Chhattisgarh via rail. He said that it would be mandatory to have a negative report of the corona test test done within 72 hours before the train arrives at the railway station. As per the guidelines issued, those passengers who do not have a corona test test report for the prescribed time period, their Kovid test will be done at the railway station. Once the COVID test report is positive, they will receive the Institutional Quarantine, Covid Care Center, Will be kept in the hospital. He instructed the Chief Medical and Health Officer to impose duty for the Kovid-19 test according to the time of the train. On this occasion, the Collector instructed to set up a counter for corona examination and directed Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mithilesh Chaudhary to constitute a team to collect samples of passengers and to impose duty. He said that it would be the duty of the railway police to keep the system in place.
