Under the Chief Minister’s Nutrition Campaign, Rajnandgaon’s Integrated Child Development Services Project (Urban), Anganwadi workers are giving nutritious diet to anemic pregnant mothers from door to door and providing them with complete care during pregnancy is. Due to the closure of Anganwadi due to Kovid-19 from March 2020, drought ration was distributed to the anemic pregnant women from house to house by the Anganwadi worker and continuously monitored. Anganwadi workers are working to create awareness among the family and community through videos and various charts, posters of Eela available for reduction of anemia and malnutrition. She is constantly giving guidance to the parents of all children, pregnant women and families by offering a house for sanitation and protection from Kovid 19. Registration of pregnant women as soon as possible with mutual coordination of Anganwadi worker, Mitanin, ANM and supervisor, 100% institutional delivery, breastfeeding soon after birth or within 1 hour, adequate upper nutritious diet for malnourished children, weight gain, anthelmintic pill , Distribution of iron syrup and health check-up camps for children and women are being organized. So that the rate of malnutrition and anemia in children and women can decrease.
