He told that earlier there were only 1300 cooperative societies for farmers. For the convenience of the farmers, it has been increased to about 2000. The farmers have been encouraged by the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana. Now started farming with enthusiasm. Therefore, 4 years ago, where about 70 lakh metric tonnes of paddy was procured, it has now increased to 98 lakh metric tonnes. Shri Baghel said that Godhan Nyay Yojana is proving to be an important factor in the prosperity of the people. There are many benefits of gathering cattle in one place in Gothan.
The Chief Minister said that 400 more Atmanand schools would be opened in Chhattisgarh on the demand of the people. At present, quality education is being provided to lakhs of children in 279 schools. In the meeting program, farmer Basant Kumar told the Chief Minister that I have received two installments of 94-94 thousand of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana. Along with this, a rebate of Rs 9 thousand 194 has been given in the electricity bill so far. My loan of 70 thousand has also been forgiven. On this, the Chief Minister quipped and said that if there is so much benefit, then bring something to the daughter-in-law too.
In the program, Lal Kumar Patel told that Godhan Nyay Yojana is very good. I sell dung worth 36 thousand every month. The family is running well with this money. Mrityunjay Kumar told the Chief Minister that Hariyali Yojana has benefited a lot, I have planted 5000 teak trees. This will result in a profit of about 4 crores after 15 years. I have got the benefit of Rs 32 thousand 300 under Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana. The Chief Minister asked the farmer to record the details of the plants planted in the lease so that later there would be no problem in selling the trees by cutting them.
