During the hearing, an episode of eviction of elderly parents and younger brother’s family came out of the house. The land ownership of the house is in the name of an elderly couple, in which his elder son Shyam Sundar and his wife have taken possession of the parents and brother, and removed them from the house. This type of behavior from senior citizens comes under the category of domestic violence. In such a situation, along with giving the elders possession of the house, the wife of Anavedka was instructed not to misbehave in any way in Anavedka’s father and his family. Throughout this episode, advocate Bhupendra Jain, Ms. Shamim Rehman was appointed as Commissioner. The officer-in-charge, Gol Bazaar, was directed to give proper explanation to both the parties for peacefully residing on their part and to take appropriate action against the non-interventionist.

Talking on the telephone to the son of Anavedka made it clear that Anavedka is in an illegal relationship without divorcing his wife while in government office and is also keeping her children with another woman. Considering the seriousness of the case, the chairman asked Anavedk to be present with his three children, mother and supervisor on the upcoming date, otherwise action will be taken against him and supervisor woman for recommending departmental inquiry.
In another case, the applicant appeared and wanted to withdraw his application, on which the applicant was heard in detail and the applicant was explained that it is wrong to withdraw the case after the husband, son, daughter-in-law. In case of any shortfall in their honor in the family or in the event of harassment of husband, son, daughter-in-law, an application for action can be made by coming to the Women’s Commission.
