The achievements made by these women in their respective fields today and the stage reached, the path was not easy. They have faced a long struggle and many challenges, whether it is at home or outside. She said that in the past few times, women have shown their self-confidence and will to do what was not really possible. Whether it was women mountaineer Arunima Sinha or Mithali Raj, she rose to prominence in the field of sports, while women like Sunita Reddy, Mallika Srinivasan, Jia Modi, Kiran Mazumdar, Kali Puri in other fields such as business and corporate have topped the list of Fortune India met. These women have broken the general perception and have shown their proficiency in the work considered to be the field of men.

If we talk about the Corona period, women worked shoulder to shoulder with men in all areas of health, safety. Some districts are playing their roles as collectors or as police officers.
