Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Minister Smt. Anila Bhediya today reached Pandel, Pathratola and Armurkasa villages of Daundi development block of Balod district and performed Bhoomi Pujan of Mangal Bhavan.
Smt. Bhediya said that in the last four and a half years, Chhattisgarh has written a new chapter of development by achieving remarkable achievements in all fields. He described various public welfare schemes run by the state government like Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, Bhumihin Kisan Mazdoor Nyaya Yojana, Berojgari Bhatta Yojana, Godhan Nyaya Yojana as milestones for the development of the state. He said that the state government is working to preserve and promote the culture, customs, cuisine, tradition etc. of Chhattisgarh. Along with this, the state government has started many innovative works like establishment of Swami Atmanand Excellent School, Rural Industrial Park, purchase of 65 types of minor forest produce to provide quality education to poor children. During this, many people’s representatives were present along with Janpad Panchayat Vice President Mr. Puneet Sen.
