Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Anila Bhediya today reached Vridavan Gauthan Rural Industrial Park located at village Anjora in Rajnandgaon block. Minister Smt. Anila Bhediya and Rajya Sabha member Smt. Chhaya Verma discussed Chhattisgarhi cuisine with tomato chutney, gulgula bhajiya and sips of tea in Vridavan Rasoi and inquired about their work by discussing with the women of Self Help Groups. The women told that Vridavan is running a dhaba after the creation of Gauthan. Here along with the guests, the students of the surrounding citizens, schools, colleges come to visit and see the Gauthan. So far, the dhaba has sold around Rs 14,800. Selling Rs 400-500 per day. He said that it has become his source of income. During this, the women offered to Mrs. Bhediya the four colored herbal gulal produced in Gauthan, green, blue, pink, yellow, Offered colors and sweets. Mrs. Bhediya distributed labor cards to the women working there. During this, Collector Taran Prakash Sinha, District Panchayat CEO Shri Lokesh Chandrakar were present.
Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Anila Bhediya observed the work being done by the women of self-help groups in Rural Industrial Park of Gothan and discussed with the women and inquired about the methodology. He has done gulal production, gulal packing, bamboo craft workmanship, gopi sandalwood, mushroom shed, Vermi compost was inspected. Minister Shri Bhediya was impressed to see the work of women of self-help groups in Gothan. He said that Godhan Nyay Yojana is an important scheme of the government. It was a pleasure to see the women working diligently in various activities in this Gauthan. Here women are working with dedication towards self-reliance. This is helping women financially. He said that it was the intention of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel that every didis should get work and become self-reliant. A direct example of which can be seen here. Gothan is the biggest means of self-reliance for women. Now women are working on their own accord and earning profit. Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Anila Bhediya took information from the women of self-help groups about the material being produced in the Rural Industrial Park. The women of the Self Help Group told that 80 women are working in Gothan. Every woman is earning Rs 6,000 per month. The women of self-help group making gulal told that herbal aromatic gulal is being prepared here. Various colors have also been prepared. The work is being done in partnership with Shree Ganesha Company. through which the sale is made. Along with this, Gulal is also being sold in the markets. Which is in high demand in the markets and other states. Today, herbal gulal worth Rs 26 thousand has been sold to the citizens of Delhi in a single day. The women told that the flowers used in the temple are collected and made into Gulal. At the same time, the women preparing sandalwood gave information about the method of construction. Mushrooms The women of the self-help group, who are producing, told that mushroom is being produced and sold in the dhaba. It is earning income. The women of self-help groups producing vermi compost said that a dividend of Rs. 1 lakh 18 thousand has been received from the sale of vermi compost.
