Khilendra Kumar, a resident of remote village Madig-Pidding (Bhursa) in Rajnandgaon district Mohla development block, has achieved success in the National Level Examination NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) with hard work and perseverance. He got immense help in studies from the government.
Student Khilendra Kumar said that due to the financial condition not being good, the help from the government got support. Students in rural areas are getting an opportunity to move ahead with the schemes of governance. He told that his father Mr. Gambhir Ram is a farmer and mother Mrs. Dina Bai is a homemaker. For classes 9th and 10th, one had to come to Renagathera 2 km from the village mode. Further studies have been done at Eklavya Adarsh Residential School, Pondri Rajnandgaon, Where life got a new direction. They said that they wanted to become neurosurgeons. In Ekalavya Model Residential School, there is free arrangement of accommodation and food from the government. Khilendra told that in Eklavya Adarsh Residential School, Pondri Rajnandgaon and teachers of primary class, he was very motivated to study. He was associated with the group from Raipur for coaching in NEET by Tribal Welfare Department. Which worked for exam preparation. In the group, materials were made available for the preparation of NEET exam. Raipur could not go for coaching because of Kovid-19. But online class benefited a lot.
