A review meeting of departmental schemes was held in the Rajnandgaon District Collectorate hall today under the chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister and Rajnandgaon District In-charge Minister Shri Vijay Sharma in the presence of Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh. MP Shri Santosh Pandey was present during this.

While discussing various issues related to the development of the district, Vidhan Sabha Speaker Dr. Raman Singh said that Wi-Fi facility should reach the last Gram Panchayat of the district. With the availability of Wi-Fi facility, one can talk to the Sarpanch and Secretary anytime through video conferencing. For this, necessary guidelines were given to provide Wi-Fi facility in the rural areas of the district. Dr. Singh said that there should not be any problem of water in urban and rural areas of the district. He asked for supply of water to the tank after installing Amrit Mission Yojana and pump. He instructed to ensure the availability of transformers in view of the problem of low voltage in rural areas. He expressed displeasure over the development work being hampered due to the lapse of the amount received under the Punaruddhar Vitran Kshetra Yojana. He said that the company, contractor who does not complete the work on time should be cancelled or blacklisted.

Vidhan Sabha Speaker Dr. Singh said that while making better use of the ongoing Ripa and pasture in the Gauthans, it should be decided how the Gauthan can be used even better. There is a need to take decisions regarding Gauthan in the Gram Sabha and work accordingly. He said that Jal Jeevan Mission Yojana is an ambitious scheme of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for rural areas and its implementation should be of good quality. He directed to complete the works under construction under Jal Jeevan Mission soon. He directed to resolve revenue cases by organizing camps and asked for 100% resolution of undisputed transfer and partition cases.

Deputy Chief Minister and Minister in charge of the district, Shri Vijay Sharma said that the officers should do quality work along with innovation. The administration should implement the government schemes keeping in mind the interests of the general public and work for a satisfactory situation. He said that the administrative staff needs to work actively. There should be Wi-Fi facility in the district through 100% mobile network. By getting the facility of video conferencing in the Panchayati Raj system, we will be able to connect directly with the general public. He instructed the Superintendent of Police to take action against illegal liquor. He said that while reviewing the CLF cluster under the Lakhpati Yojana, make an action plan for it so that the products made by the women of the group can be sold well. During the review of public works, he instructed to expedite the work. Information was taken about the preparation of competitive examinations under the Education Hub under the Education Department, rationalization of posting of teachers, examinations being taken every month, residential arrangements for children.

MP Shri Santosh Pandey said that the number of cows in Revadih Kanji House is high and there should be arrangement of fodder and water here. Collector Shri Sanjay Agarwal said that continuous work is being done for map, partition, joint partition and division of accounts under the Revenue Department. During this, Dongargarh MLA Shri Daleshwar Sahu, District Panchayat President Smt. Geeta Sahu, Collector Shri Sanjay Agarwal and Superintendent of Police Shri Mohit Garg along with district level officers were present.
