Chief Minister taught Shivendra to serve the needy by becoming a doctor

Raipur 20 September 2022

A glimpse of the generous and sensitive mind of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was once again visible in the Gurur Visit meeting program today. In fact, it happened that during the meeting, a student of MBBS, Shivendra Sahu, told the Chief Minister that he is going to get admission in MBBS first year this year. Perhaps he will get a college in Raipur or Jagdalpur. Shivendra told the Chief Minister that he was brought up by his maternal grandfather who had undergone heart surgery twice and Shivendra’s financial condition was not good. He requested the Chief Minister for the help of 1 lakh annually for MBBS studies. On this, the Chief Minister asked Shivendra whether the amount of 1 lakh is enough for annual MBBS studies? Shivendra said that it will be in one lakh. But the Chief Minister, like a parent, calculated all the expenses of the child’s education himself and explained to him that there will be no babu in 1 lakh. , I will give two lakhs, when the head is known, then it will come again.

The Chief Minister took full details of the expenses of his studies as well as hostel fees and copy book expenses from Shivendra. Taking all these expenses together, the total amount was going to be more than 1 lakh. On this, the Chief Minister, showing his sensitivity towards the child Shivendra, talked about giving him 2 lakhs. Along with this, the Chief Minister also taught Shivendra to serve the needy by doing MBBS.
