Governor attends webinar on “Awareness about food and drink” during Kovid-19.
Raipur, 02 November 2020. Governor Ms. Anusuiya Uike today attended a webinar organized by the NSS unit of Hemchand Yadav University, Durg on the topic “Awareness about food during Kovid-19”. He suggested the Vice Chancellors, Professors, Sarpanch, Panch and representatives of women self-help groups present in this webinar to adopt positive thinking to fight mental stress during the Corona period. He said that we need good nutritious food and medicines to fight corona infection but most of all we need to keep our thinking positive. With such a view, our body increases its ability to fight disease on its own, such a thinking person not only corona but faces the biggest difficulties and conquers them. On this occasion, the Governor also released ‘Aarohan’, a magazine of the National Service Scheme.
The governor said that the coronacal has taught us many things. In the old times we lived in a joint family and the elders of the family used to guide us and always take care in times of crisis. But now the tradition of joint family has come to an end. But at the time of Corona, I got the chance to spend time together again and understand each other’s pain. It also gave us mental strength. She told the women representatives present that what goes ahead in life, they face many problems, but we should not lose courage. He can compete only with strong will power. They should keep on fighting without losing courage, they will surely achieve the goal. Referring to the days of his struggle, he said that there were many problems in my life also, But did not give up. If anyone criticized me, I did not care for him and I used to take him positively and proceeded with strong will power and double vigor. As a result of this, I reached the post of Governor of Chhattisgarh today.
The Governor congratulated the two institutions for the mutual agreement reached in the field of education between Hemchand Yadav University, Durg and Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi today and said that our students and teachers should get direct benefit of this agreement.
The Governor said that the weather is changing rapidly, it is common to have colds and common flu. But now this corona virus has created fear in the minds of all the people. Cough, fever and difficulty in breathing are common symptoms of the corona virus. In case of any of these symptoms, the person is advised to remain in isolation and they are tested, so be aware instead of panic and panic.
Ms. Uyke said that to avoid infection with the corona virus, caution is most needed at this time. Avoid going to a crowded place. Keep cleanliness around you and wash your hands frequently with soap or use a sanitizer. Use handkerchief or teaspoon paper while coughing. During the meeting, greet according to Indian tradition. These protections are simple but important measures, so it is very important to take them seriously. When you get out of the house, wear a mask. Exercise and do yoga regularly.
