Raipur, 03 April 2021. Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu has expressed deep sorrow for the martyred soldiers in the Naxalite encounter. He has instructed the officers for better treatment of the injured jawans. The Home Minister has said that the development of Bastar Zone is our main objective. The clear strategy of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel is the development of Bastar region. For this, Naxalite campaigns are being run continuously. There have been no fake encounters anywhere in the last 2 years. Most Naxalites have been killed, arrested, surrendered during this period. This is our Naxalite strategy and we have also succeeded in it. The Home Minister has said that Naxalite perticulars have been confined at one place due to this campaign. Today’s operation has been done at the same places, a large number of soldiers had gone. Separate 5 parties from Bijapur and Sukma went into the campaign from the 2nd night, which included DRG, STF, CRPF, COBRA jawans. Today at 3 o’clock on the 3rd, there was a 3-hour encounter with the Naxalites. According to preliminary information in the firing, 5 soldiers have been martyred and 12 soldiers have been injured. The injured soldiers are being brought to Raipur by army helicopter where they will have better treatment. A large number of Naxalites are also killed and injured due to the firing of our soldiers.
