Constant increase in public facilities in Janjgir Champa district

Raipur, 24 March 2021. The installation of solar dual pump and water tank is being done on a war footing under the Water Life Mission Program to provide drinking water to residents in rural areas of Chhattisgarh under the direction of Public Health Engineering Minister Guru Rudrakumar. Under the plan, drinking water supply has been prepared in selected 200 villages of Janjgir-Champa district and the action plan is being implemented rapidly. Supply of drinking water has been started in 55 of these villages by preparing necessary infrastructure for drinking water supply.
Installation work by Chhattisgarh State Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA) on a water tank with a capacity of 10 thousand liters at a height of 12 meters and a solar wattage of 1200 watt at a height of 12 meters to deliver drinking water to all the development blocks of Janjgir-Champa district. being done. Under the action plan, the installation of solar dual pumps in more than 55 villages and sites has been completed and water supply has also been started. Necessary infrastructure and construction of solar dual pump and tank at more than 150 places are also in progress. Water will be transported to homes at these places by constructing a tank with a capacity of 10,000 liters and laying a pipeline.
It is noteworthy that in the Janjgir-Champa district, CREDA has managed to provide pure drinking water by installing 5 thousand liters capacity water tank at a height of 3 meters and 6 meters at over 200 settlements from various items.
