Raipur: Virtual inspection of all arrangements from children’s education in schools

After the commencement of school from August 2 in the state, the activities of the children have increased. The work of teaching-learning has also started. The guidelines issued for the prevention of Kovid-19 are being followed in schools. The Virtual Monitoring System has been started by the School Education Department to monitor all the arrangements from studies in schools. Under this, education officers are taking stock of schools through virtual medium.

In the virtual inspection, school arrangements, mid-day meal, cleanliness, grounds and courtyard, teaching learning material, student development index and level of children are being checked. The officials of the School Education Department today took a virtual review of the arrangements of the primary school in village Sakra of Khadgwan block of Korea district and Jamjharia village of Sitapur block of Surguja district. The education level of the children was checked. The officials assessed the understanding of the children by questioning and answering the children regarding their studies.

Principal Secretary School Education Dr. Alok Shukla has instructed all the officers to conduct virtual inspection of 5-5 schools per month from the prescribed district. In the virtual inspection, the officials have to take information from the external environment of the schools to mid-day meal, cleanliness, drinking water, children’s books to their studies etc. He has said that the innovations and remarkable works being done by the teachers in virtual inspection should be asked to be arranged in other schools in the same way.
