The youth of the village will be able to start new startups related to rural industries with new ideas and new ideas. Bison Cage (Startup Market) Shark Tank was organized on the initiative of District Administration Raipur to promote entrepreneurship in rural areas as well as create new employment-self-employment opportunities. In this program at Thakur Pyarelal Rajya Panchayat and Rural Development Institute, Nimora, the RIPA being developed in the district will get technical support through the MoU signed between the district administration and Head Start Foundation. 
In order to strengthen the rural economy, government, business institutions and educational institutions brainstormed together to develop entrepreneurs through the important scheme being run by the government through RIPA. On this occasion, entrepreneurs starting new startups gave presentation about their startup idea and products as well as technical aspects. In order to increase their business by the entrepreneurs, they proposed to the investors present for the need of funds, marketing, etc., and the jury members also gave important suggestions to make all the startups successful. Mr. Rohit Kashyap Founder, Maitri School from Delhi also participated in the program.
Present era is of innovation: Dr. Bhure
Collector Dr. Narendra Sarveshwar Bhure said that the present era is of innovation. Today India is making its place in the world. The youth of our country are reaching the leading position of big multinational companies. He is creating a new identity with his thinking. I also call upon the youth of Chhattisgarh to start such startups with their new thinking and determination and stand on their own feet and create employment opportunities for themselves as well as others. 
Mr. Gaurav Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary, Rural Development Department, State Nodal Officer, RIPA, asked District Panchayat CEOs of all districts to take ideas from Shark Tank and organize programs like Shark Tank in all districts. Secretary of Panchayat and Rural Development Department Mr. Prasna R Secretary, Director Panchayat Mr. Kartikeya Goyal, Commissioner MNREGA Mr. Rajat Bansal, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Raipur Avinash Mishra and Chief Executive Officers of District Panchayats of all 33 districts of the state participated in the programme. .
