When the urge and intentions to do something good are pure in the mind, then the paths become automatically and success kisses the steps. Compassion for living beings and love for the environment has given Vedeshwari Sharma a new identity in the field of organic farming and cow service. Vedeshwari Sharma, a resident of Kondagaon, is today known as Bindu Didi in the entire region. Vedeshwari Sharma, who considers the service of cattle and organic farming as the goal of her life, has not only connected thousands of women with this work, but has also become the source of their self-reliance. His efforts for the promotion of Gauseva and organic farming have not only been appreciated but also honored by many organizations ranging from Gauseva Aayog. Praising the Chhattisgarh government’s Gauthan Nirman and Godhan Nyaya Yojana, run under the guidance of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, she says that through this rural economy, Employment and environment can be improved. Chhattisgarh Government’s Godhan Nyaya Yojana has doubled his enthusiasm for cow-service and organic farming.  

Vedeshwari Sharma, who took up the service of abandoned, disabled and sick cattle 13 years ago, is running Kamdhenu Gauseva Sanstha in Badeknera village, 20 km from Kondagaon, where hundreds of abandoned and disabled cattle are taken care of. There is better management of treatment and fodder-water. There is also a practice of donating the cows and calves reared in this gaushala to needy villagers and farmers, so that it can help them in organic farming along with income. Along with preparing organic fertilizers, organic pesticides, crop enhancer Jeevamrit from cow dung and cow urine, kandas, diyas, pots are also made in the cowshed, so that the cow servants and women of Triveni self-help groups engaged in the care of cattle there May there be income. 

Kamdhenu Gauseva Sanstha Badekanera is registered in Gauseva Aayog since 2010. This Gaushala is built on an area of ​​two and a half acres. Here green fodder is also cultivated in one acre for the management of cattle fodder. Vedeshwari Sharma, who is actively promoting organic farming in Kondagaon zone, is also running the Dandakaranya Agro Produce Company. Thousands of such farmers are associated with this company, who do organic farming. The objective of the company is to motivate the farmers for organic farming, as well as to provide them the necessary help and a fair price for their produce. Kargi, Kokodi, Kondagaon Block, Farmers of dozens of villages including Farsgaon Beda are doing organic farming of fragrant paddy today. Farmers are getting good price for the paddy produced by organic method. Organic firms from outside also come to buy fragrant paddy from the farmers. Vedeshwari Sharma, director of Dandakaranya Agro Produce Company, says that in the initial phase, she started farming by taking her acquaintance’s fallow land, Regha, and earned good profits in it with hard work. From the beginning, he has had a passion for farming and cattle service. Due to the service of Godhan and nature with a true heart, she continued to move forward in this field. People kept joining and today there is a caravan of farmers and women who are wholeheartedly working with them in improving the environment along with organic farming. Minister of Chhattisgarh Government Shri Ravindra Choubey and Chairman of Gauseva Aayog Rajeshree Mahant Dr. Ramsunder Das has honored him with Bhuiyan Ka Bhagwan Award. He has received many other honors including the Life Time Achievement Award for his service to Godhan.   

Vedeshwari Sharma, who is involved in promoting organic farming in Kondagaon region, believes that the land should not remain idle under any circumstances, if we work a little hard, we can produce food grains, fruits, vegetables from the land and meet the needs of our family. Also can earn extra income. He has inspired thousands of rural farmers for this, due to which farmers have now started earning profits by cultivating fruit plants, jimikand, tikhoor, arabica, pulses etc. even on the ridges of the fields. Farmers have adopted his mantra for continuous income from farming. Along with farming, farmers are also doing animal husbandry, organic vegetable production, spices etc. Efforts are being made to start a separate organic products shop in the market of Kondagaon for the sale of organic products and vegetables of the farmers.
