This accident happened near Nagpur-Kolkata National Highway around 12 noon. The police reached the spot, sent the youth’s body for postmortem and started convincing the people. It is being told that this accident happened while crossing the road. The young man’s head collided, he died on the spot.
According to the information received from the police, 26 year old Vicky Tiwari, a resident of Kushalpur, was crossing the road on foot. He was coming from Walfort City towards Kushalpur. During this time, a Mahindra Travels bus coming at high speed hit him.
In this incident, the young man’s head hit the front part of the bus. Due to which the young man jumped and fell at some distance. The young man died on the spot due to serious head injury. After the death of the young man, the bus driver also left the bus and fled from the spot. People created a ruckus.
After this accident, nearby people gathered on the spot. He expressed his displeasure and created a ruckus after this accident. It is being told that amid the uproar, the glass of the bus also broke. This also created a traffic jam on the National Highway for some time

Regarding this entire matter, Purani Basti police station in-charge Sudhanshu Baghel said that as soon as the police received information, the team reached the spot. The dead body of the young man was sent to AIIMS hospital and the uproar was calmed down by giving advice to the people. A team has also been sent to arrest the absconding accused bus driver. The bus was coming from Durg.
It is being told that this bus was coming from the side of the fort. He had to reach Bhatagaon bus stand. The bus was at high speed. Due to which, despite applying brakes while crossing the road, the young man could not control himself and hit the young man hard.
