According to the intention of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, under the guidance of Transport Minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar, the new facility ‘Tunhar Sarkar Tunhar Dwar’ is being efficiently operated by the Transport Department in the state. Under this, from June 2021 till now, 17 lakh 93 thousand 435 smart card based registration certificates and driving licenses have been sent to the applicants’ homes. These include 12 lakh 23 thousand 595 smart card based registration certificates and 5 lakh 69 thousand 840 driving licences.
Transport Minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar is constantly monitoring the smooth functioning of ‘Tunhar Sarkar Tunhar Dwar’. The ‘Tunhar Sarkar Tunhar Dwar’ scheme run by the Transport Department is an important scheme for the convenience of the people. In this, 22 transport related services are being provided to the people by delivering them at their doorstep. Under this people-centric facility, people no longer need to visit the Transport Department again and again. This is saving both money and time of the applicants.
