Raipur, 02 December 2020. On the instructions of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, promising students of tribal society of Dantewada district have been admitted to MBBS in private colleges at government expense. Representatives of Sarvadivasi Samaj thanked the Chief Minister for this.
Far zone in Dantewada district where due to network and technical reasons NEET qualified promising students who could not register for counseling at the scheduled time. The Chief Minister has instructed them to get admission in private colleges in the state. This is the first time since the formation of the state that the state government has admitted the children in the payment seats in private colleges for MBBS at their expense. The Chief Minister’s decision has triggered a wave of joy in Dantewada district. Representatives of Sarva Adivasi Samaj today thanked Dantewada Collector Deepak Soni and thanked the state government and said that the promising people of tribal society are getting such a golden opportunity which will prove to be the foundation stone for the future. The children here will be inspired and the children are doctors, engineers, IAS will be able to reach higher positions like IPS. Collector Deepak Soni also congratulated everyone and said that with the joint efforts and public participation of all, better opportunities will be made available to the children and citizens of the district, and said that the state government’s vision will take Dantewada district towards poverty alleviation.
