451 Transport Facilitation Centers established so far
There will be no need to go around unauthorized agents

Transport Facilitation Centers are being opened rapidly in Chhattisgarh to make transport related services easy and available close to home. Under this, 451 transport facility centers have been established in the state so far.
It is noteworthy that the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has announced the establishment of 1000 transport facility centers across the state for expansion of transport related services. After this facility, people will not need to visit unauthorized agents for transport related facilities, while transport related facilities will be available near the house. With the establishment of Transport Facilitation Centre, on the one hand, people’s access to transport facilities will be easier, on the other hand employment will also be available to the people through its operation. With the establishment of transport facility centers in the state, there is a possibility of employment generation for about 5 thousand youths.
Under this, under the guidance of Transport Minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar and Secretary Transport Mr. S.K. Under the direction of Prakash, the establishment of transport facility centers is going on fast across the state. In this regard, Transport Commissioner Dipanshu Kabra said that 451 transport facility centers have been established so far across the state. These include establishment of 54 transport facility centers under District Transport Office Raipur, 11 under Kanker, 26 under Rajnandgaon and 34 under Raigarh. Similarly, 17 Transport Facilitation Centers have been established under Mahasamund District Transport Office, 28 under Dhamtari, 27 under Janjgir-Champa, 8 under Jagdalpur, 7 under Baikunthpur, 14 under Ambikapur and 10 under Surajpur. Apart from this, 9 under Kondagaon, 18 under Kabirdham, 17 under Gariaband, 10 under Sukma, 10 under Balrampur, 9 under Jashpur, 8 under Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi,
According to the information received from the Transport Department , the prescribed fees can be taken from the applicants by the Facilitation Centers.
According to the notification published in the Gazette of the Government of India, the Transport Facilitation Center can be authorized to make learning license. Fees for various services at Transport Facilitation Centers have also been prescribed in the guide.
Rs.100 as service charge for online application as per the guidelines, Rs.50 for making online fee/tax payment to Transport Department (for every Rs.1000 or part thereof), Rs.50 for learning license, application form The scanning, compressing and uploading (per page) of the documents required for the application is fixed at Rs 5 and the printout fee (per page) of the complete documents for filling the online application is fixed at Rs 5.
Freedom from the affair of unauthorized agents
The general public will be the biggest benefit of the establishment of transport facility centers in the state. Till now, due to lack of correct information, a large number of people have been applying for transport related services by contacting unauthorized agents. Due to which they have to suffer financial loss along with taking more time. There will be no need to run around unauthorized agents for transport related facilities.
