Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel, during his meeting-meeting campaign today, reached village Bahrasi in Bharatpur block of Korea district and prayed for the happiness, prosperity and happiness of the people of the state by offering prayers at Hanuman temple. He started the meeting by garlanding and offering prayers on the photograph of Chhattisgarh Mahtari at the venue. During the meeting, the Chief Minister took feedback from the general public on the schemes of the state government and made many announcements for the development of the area on the demand of the villagers.
Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that our Annadata should be happy, this is the effort of our government. People in the state are earning money by selling cow dung under the Godhan Nyay Yojana, there is no such scheme anywhere in the country and the world. In Gothan, the sisters of our self-help group are becoming financially empowered through various economic activities. Now the state government has decided that along with cow dung, cow urine will also be purchased, from which money will also be available. During the meeting, the Chief Minister also gave information about the benefits of many schemes including loan waiver from villagers, Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, Ration Card, Godhan Nyay Yojana, Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana, Chief Minister Haat Bazar Clinic Scheme. Women earned 13 lakh rupees in two years by selling vermi compost
, Smt. Neelima, who came from Janakpur Gauthan, told the Chief Minister Mr. Baghel that in the last two years, her group earned about Rs.13 lakh by selling 13 hundred quintals of vermi compost. There was income, due to which the women of the group bought a paver block making machine. The group got an income of about 13 lakh 76 thousand from the sale of 86 thousand paver blocks. Apart from this, masalas, pickles, papads, badi are made and sold by the group’s didi in C-mart, mid-day meal and hostel. He told the Chief Minister that by joining Gauthan, I personally earned 80 thousand rupees, which I spent on the education of my children. Mrs. Neelima congratulated Chief Minister Mr. Baghel for the operation of Godhan Nyay Yojana.
Appreciating her work, the Chief Minister said that Neelima sister told the story of her Janakpur, in which she is not only making vermi compost but also conducting various income oriented activities like masala, papad, pewter block which got her employment and her income. has also increased.
