The construction of a 500-meter bridge over the Shabari River, about 28 km from Sukma District Headquarters, has relieved the villagers of Kodaripal, Kavaseeras, Borguda, Gumma, Talnar and Buddi in Awamagan along with the residents of the village Gajenar. . Earlier, the people had to go through Pujaripal, Dhobanpal, Talanar to go to the village settled at the other end of Shabri river, Due to which they had to cover an additional distance of about 45 kilometers. The villagers used to cross the river in a boat, which risked their lives. Often an accident occurred while crossing the river. The boat also became unusable due to the Shabari river being in spate during the rainy season. When needed, the villagers had to cross the river in compulsion. Now they can easily travel through the bridge to the villages across the river in a short time. It is noteworthy that Industries Minister Shri Kavasi Lakhma fulfilled his promises made to the people of the area and launched this bridge constructed on 09 February 2021 on the Shabari river in the village panchayat Ganjenar under Chhindgarh development block.
