Raipur. Under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, a review meeting of the Cooperative Department was held today, in which it was decided to take recruitment on 2700 vacant posts in cooperative banks and new societies. Cooperative Minister Dr Prem Sai Singh Tekam said that discussions were held regarding recruitment of vacant posts in cooperative banks and recruitment in new societies. The number of committees which was 1333 has been increased to 2058. Minister Tekam said, there is no manager in more than 200 committees. Due to the increase of the new committee, the recruitment has not been done. Paddy is also procured through these committees and loan distribution is also done. When the vacant posts are filled, the work will be done well. In the meeting, the green signal for recruitment to about 2700 posts was received. The complex and complicated rules were simplified. Agriculture Minister Ravindra Choubey, Forest Minister Mohammad Akbar, Cooperative Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam, Apex Bank President Baijnath Chandrakar, Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain and departmental officers were present in the meeting.
