Raipur, December 17, 2021.  Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel attended the public Guru Ghasidas Jayanti celebrations organized at New Rajendra Nagar in the capital Raipur on December 18, a day before the birth anniversary of Baba Guru Ghasidas. He said that the life of Sant Baba Guru Ghasidas ji is exemplary in the upliftment of mankind. We all need to take the message of ‘Mankhe Mankhe Ek Samman’ conveyed by him in life. He said that one should work in the interest of humanity by following the path of truth. Today 3 years of Chhattisgarh government is being completed by following the path shown by saints and great men. It is the blessings of Baba Gurughasidas ji that he got the privilege of serving Chhattisgarh Mahtari. With his blessings, works are being done for the welfare of all the people and development of Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel offered prayers to Jaitkham here and participated in the aarti. The people of the society presented Jaitkhamb memento as a symbol to Chief Minister Mr. Baghel. Did it On this occasion, the Chief Minister announced Rs 50 lakh for library and computer at Samajik Bhawan, Rajendra Nagar.
Chief Minister Shri Baghel further said that along with promoting education, Baba Guru Ghasidas worked in the direction of building a society of equality and upliftment of all. There is a need to spread his message to the masses. It is the endeavor of the Chhattisgarh government that everyone should get equal justice. He said that apart from Chhattisgarh, the atmosphere of Guru Parv has also been created in other states. It is my good fortune that with Baba’s blessings, I have been able to attend Baba’s darshan today. He said that procurement of paddy is going on in Chhattisgarh as per the target. About 1.5 lakh metric tonnes of paddy is being procured every day. One-fourth of the paddy has been procured in just 15 days of paddy procurement. It is the grace of Baba Guru Ghasidas ji that in spite of many difficulties and challenges including gunny bags for the purchase of paddy in the state, paddy is being procured uninterruptedly. He said that some work has definitely been affected due to Corona. by me Based on the announcement made, the budget has been passed. Whatever the work is, it will start soon. He said that in view of the possibility of third wave of corona, he said that Chhattisgarh government is fully prepared to solve every problem. On this occasion, the people of Satnami community gave a warm welcome to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel by wearing a Gajmala.
