In the presence of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, Ramayana Manas Mandali artists will be honored for carrying forward the Ram-Ramayana tradition
Mumbai’s famous singer Trupti Shakya will also present devotional song-music bhajans

The world’s only Kaushalya Mata Temple dedicated to mother power is located in Chandkhuri, Chhattisgarh. To promote women empowerment, a three-day Mata Kaushalya Mahotsav is being organized in the temple premises. Today, the third day of the festival will end in the special hospitality of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. During this, country’s famous singer Padma Shri Kailash Kher will present his devotional songs in front of the audience at Mata Kaushalya Dham.
Along with this, devotional songs by Mumbai’s famous singer Trupti Shakya, Devesh Sharma of Raigad as well as Ramayana Manas singing will be performed by the local Mahila Manas Mandali. It is noteworthy that in order to take forward the Ram Ramayani tradition, the tradition of honoring the artists of Ramayana Manas Mandali has been started. Under this, the State Government is providing an incentive amount of Rs. 5 thousand per Manas Mandali.
Culture Minister Mr. Amarjit Bhagat as president, Home and Tourism Minister Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu, Agriculture Minister Mr. Ravindra Choubey and Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shiv Kumar Dahria will be present as special guests on the closing occasion of Mata Kaushalya Mahotsav.
