Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has said that it is the effort of the state government that there should be fast recruitment on vacant posts in various departments. Youth should get opportunity to work in government service. After the order of the court, the process of recruitment in government jobs in Chhattisgarh has started rapidly. Various departments are continuously issuing advertisements for new recruitment, similarly where the selection process is completed, appointment orders are being issued.
The Chief Minister was addressing the gratitude program organized at his residence office premises here today. This program was organized to express gratitude to the Chief Minister Mr. Baghel by the newly appointed junior engineers and data entry operators in the Energy Department and the newly appointed Deputy Engineers of the Water Resources Department, excited by the issuance of the appointment order after a long wait. It may be noted that according to the intention of the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, the appointment orders of the sub-engineers selected by the Energy Department and Water Resources Department were issued immediately. The work of verification of the documents of data entry operators of Energy Department is being done. Soon their appointment orders will be made by the department.

In such a situation, it is the responsibility of the newly selected junior engineers of the Energy Department to maintain a continuous supply of quality electricity, to expand the power infrastructure with quality.
The Chief Minister said that such a large number of engineers have been recruited in the Water Resources Department after a long time. Along with providing water to the fields, the engineers of the Water Resources Department have to take care of the supply of water to the industries and the drinking water system, for this there are great hopes from you.
Presenting the report, Mrs. Ujjwala Baghel, MD, Chhattisgarh Electricity Transmission Company said that Chhattisgarh State Power Companies had conducted the examination in January 2022 for the recruitment of 307 posts of Junior Engineers and 400 posts of Data Entry Operators. In August 2022, appointment orders of 276 junior engineers were issued. Following the order of the court, appointment orders of 31 junior engineers have been issued. Superintending Engineer of Water Resources Department Mr. P.K. Sharma informed that the advertisement was issued by the Water Resources Department for the recruitment of 400 posts of sub-engineers, after completion of the recruitment process, appointment orders of 352 selected sub-engineers have been issued.
