Raipur, 02 August 2020. The news broadcast on social media related to lockdown till 31 August in Chhattisgarh is completely false and misleading. The General Administration Department of the state government has made it clear that the collectors are currently empowered to prevent and prevent corona virus infection in Chhattisgarh, given the local situation in the district. At present the lockdown has been effected by the district collectors till 6 August only in the affected areas.
