Raipur: The meeting of the governing body of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club was held under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister.

A meeting of the governing body of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club was organized under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel at his residence office this evening. According to the agenda set in the meeting, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel took detailed discussion with the officials of the Sports and Youth Welfare Department and took information regarding the implementation of the scheme and also gave important instructions. During this, amendment proposals were passed by the Executive Committee of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club and approved by the Governing Council. In which ex-post facto approval of Rs 63 crore 77 lakh transferred to district level committees under the scheme and approval of 05 proposals passed by the executive committee for amendment in the rules of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club. 

       In the meeting, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel instructed the officials to make available additional funds for the Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club by excluding administrative expenses from the allocated budget. Also, modifying the existing provisions for the amount to be released in four installments to the district level committees, releasing the amount of the next installment on submission of details regarding spending of Rs 15,000 by the committee out of the amount received as the first installment. will be given. At present, the amount of the next installment was not released if 100% of the amount of the first installment was not spent. Which has now been decided to be revised. Along with this, on the instructions of Chief Minister Mr. Baghel, it has also been decided to nominate state level coordination for the implementation and operation of the activities of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club. In the meeting, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel told the officials that in view of the upcoming festival Parab, the amount of the upcoming installment to be released to Mitan clubs for organizing cultural activities should be transferred on time.

In the meeting School Education Minister Mr. Ravindra Choubey, Forest Minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar, Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shiv Dahria, Bhilai MLA Mr. Devendra Yadav, Advisor to Chief Minister Mr. Pradeep Sharma, Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Subrat Sahu, Chief Minister Secretary Mr. Ankit Anand and Mr. Siddharth Komal Pardeshi, Secretary of Sports and Youth Welfare Department Mr. Neelam Namdev Ekka, Director Sports and Youth Welfare Mrs. Shweta Sinha were present.
