Announcement to give status of new revenue section to Geedam

The Chief Minister participated in the farewell ceremony of the deities who came to Phagun Madai organized in Dantewada.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel participated in the farewell ceremony of the deities who had come to Phagun Madai organized at Maa Danteshwari Temple premises in Dantewada district headquarters today. Here the Chief Minister announced to name the medical college to be built in Geedam after Maa Danteshwari, to give Geedam the status of new revenue section and to construct a river front view point for tourism in Shankhani-Dankhani river. 

For the first time, the Chief Minister of the state, who participated in the farewell ceremony of the gods and goddesses who came to Phagun Madai, described the farewell of 851 gods and goddesses of Odisha, Telangana and Bastar here as wonderful. He said that Bastar’s culture has many colours, like Bastar’s Dussehra, Dantewada’s Phagun Madai is also famous all over the world. Hundreds of deities of the region come here to play Holi in the courtyard of Maa Danteshwari. The culture of Chhattisgarh cannot be recognized without knowing and understanding the feelings, philosophy and stories behind our tribal traditions. The government has worked to preserve its glorious and unique traditions and Teej festivals. The work of conservation of Devgudis located in every village has also been started for this purpose. Priests carrying forward tribal traditions, Baiga, Gunia, Manjhi, Haat Paharia, 

The Chief Minister said that in this budget provision has been made to increase the honorarium of kotwars, village patels, mid-day meal cooks, sanitation workers of schools, Anganwadi workers, Anganwadi assistants, mini Anganwadi workers, Mitanins and home guard jawans. Is. Similar memories related to Lord Ram are being preserved in Chhattisgarh through the Ram Van Gaman Tourism Circuit Project. The state government has also announced ‘Mukhya Mantri Adivasi Parab Samman Nidhi Yojana’ in this year’s budget to further the Teej festivals and traditions of Chhattisgarh. The policy of trust, development and security has been adopted for the development of tribal areas of the state. Bastar was earlier known for Naxalite incidents, today Bastar is identified with Danex of Dantewada, Cashew and Coffee of Jagdalpur, Phool Jhadu of Narayanpur, Tikhur of Kondagaon and Millets factory of Kanker.

Material given to priests and community forest rights letter to Devgudis

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel presented material to the priests after the programme. In which Mr. Antram Pujari of Katekalyan development block, Mr. Dashru Kawasi of Katekalyan Jihakodta, Mr. Budhram Daigal, resident of Tumnar in Gidam development block, Mr. Ramlal Gaita from Dantewada development block, Mr. Asharam Pujari of Jagdalpur Mahupal. In the program, under the distribution of community forest rights letter of the district, community forest rights letter was distributed to 5 Devgudis in a symbolic form. So far, community forest rights letters have been issued to 122 Devgudis in the district. In this, community forest rights letters were given by the Chief Minister to Metapal, Bhogam, Keshapur of Renganar Dantewada development block of Kuakonda and Mataguri of Karli in Geedam.
